Shelley Bird
Founder & President

Shelley is a “builder” with global marketing, strategy, and business transformation experience across multiple industry sectors. Having lived and worked in seven countries, she has helped organizations navigate disruptive change and culture transitions, launch new ventures, and retool existing models. She is the former Executive Vice President, Office of the CEO, at Cardinal Health. For most of her 10-year tenure with the company, she was responsible for global branding, corporate marketing, digital media, public relations, community relations and government affairs. Shelley was a key member of the team that spun off the company’s medical device businesses as a separate publicly traded company under the name CareFusion, creating a new industry leader. She also served as an advisor to the chairman and CEO, and as chair of the Cardinal Health Foundation’s board of trustees. She earned a Doctorate in Communication at the University of South Australia but still doesn’t speak with an Aussie accent.

Eden Sulzer
Director

Eden is a communication professional and women's advocate. She is a former executive at Cardinal Health where she co-founded Women in Pharmacy, a program designed to help more women become owners of independent pharmacies. She previously served as vice president at Dix & Eaton, an integrated communications consultancy, where she advised public and private companies in the healthcare, banking and chemical industries. She started her career at NCR Corporation where she held roles in internal communication and proposal management.
